DIRECT APPEAL

Donyell Holland’s convictions in Cases 311081 and 317210 are now before the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals in Case No. E2024-01809-CCA-R3-CD. Proceeding pro se, Holland challenges the trial proceedings, verdicts, sentences, missing record materials, unresolved motions, and other constitutional errors. The appeal is scheduled for submission on briefs on August 11, 2026.
